What to expect
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it's natural to wonder what the process looks like. My goal is to make it as transparent and comfortable as possible.
-
Choose your preferred format – Many people find the flexibility of online sessions helpful, but I also offer a calm, private meeting space in the NR2 area of Norwich.
-
Your first session – A gentle first step where we get to know each other. You can share as much or as little as you feel ready to.
-
Our work together – We’ll go at your pace, shaping a plan that supports your goals and reviewing it regularly to make sure it feels right for you.
-
Confidentiality – What you share is private and handled with care. We’ll go over the few legal exceptions so you always know where you stand.
